Can I have my chairs pre-assembled?

Yes, when you add a chair to your cart, simply select the pre-assembly option from the drop down menu and your chair will be delivered built and ready for use. Please note this increases the lead-time to around 10 working days.

Do your office chairs include a warranty?

Yes, our reclining chairs are designed and manufactured for rigorous professional use and all models include a manufacturer's warranty for complete peace of mind. Check the key features and measurements section for more details.

Shipping & Returns

Free delivery to mainland UK

Stocked office chairs are delivered by courier in 3-6 working days to mainland UK. Made to order (MTO) chairs are delivered in around 10 working days. All deliveries are free of charge to mainland UK

Returns and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
