Shipping & Returns

Free room of choice delivery in 3-6 working days

We offer free premium delivery across mainland UK, ensuring your items arrive within 3-6 working days. This two-man delivery service includes placing your items directly in the room of your choice, making the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Returns and refund policy

Order Cancellations
You can easily cancel your order via phone, email, or live chat, as long as the order hasn’t been processed or dispatched. If cancellation occurs before production or dispatch, you’ll receive a full refund within 2-3 working days. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, please refer to our 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Policy (Stocked Items)
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days. Returned items will be inspected, and a 25% restocking and collection fee will apply. Damaged or opened packaging cannot be returned.

Made-to-Order Items
Products manufactured specifically for you, such as Orangebox items, are non-returnable. However, damaged items will be repaired or replaced as per our warranty policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please report them within 48 hours. Replacement parts will be sent within 1-2 working days, or we will advise on a delivery date if stock is unavailable.

Warranty
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, excluding normal wear and tear. Claims can be made to Fenstone or the manufacturer directly.
