Order Cancellations

If cancellation occurs before production or dispatch, you’ll receive a full refund within 2-3 working days. 30-Day Return Policy (Stocked Items)
We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days. Returned items will be inspected, and a 25% restocking and collection fee will apply. Damaged or opened packaging cannot be returned.

Made-to-Order Items
Products manufactured specifically for you are non-returnable. However, damaged items will be repaired or replaced as per our warranty policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please report them within 48 hours. Replacement parts will be sent within 1-2 working days, or we will advise on a delivery date if stock is unavailable.

Warranty
